My first shots with my Nikon AF-S DX Nikkor 35mm 1:1.8G lens

When I bought my Nikon D5300 camera, I also got 2 lenses. Firstly, the Nikon AF-S DX Nikkor 35mm with a fixed focal length of 35mm and a Sigma 18-250 mm F3.5-6.3 DC Macro OS HSM lens . Now I walked around a few times with my new camera and the two lenses and took test photos. Since I found the Sigma lens much more convenient due to its large variable focal length, I used it almost exclusively. Unfortunately I took less and less pictures and used the camera only on vacation together with the Sigma lens.

Now I have looked at some old photos I took with the Nikkor lens today and I have to say that the quality of the pictures is much better. Here are some pictures I took with the Nikkor. I would like to mention here that these are my very first photos, which I took with my very first SLR camera.
